What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping Families Protect Their Legacies – Guide clients through estate planning, including wills, trusts, asset protection, healthcare directives, and power of attorney documents.
- Handling Probate & Estate Administration – Assist families in settling estates efficiently, ensuring a smooth transfer of assets and handling any legal complexities that arise.
- Guardianship & Special Needs Planning – Provide guidance to families navigating guardianship issues and planning for the long-term care of loved ones with special needs.
- Conducting Client Consultations with Care – Help clients understand their options, answer questions with clarity, and provide customized legal solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents – Prepare and review estate planning documents, trust agreements, and court pleadings with attention to detail and precision.
- Providing Court Representation as Needed – Handle probate, guardianship, or estate-related hearings when required.
- Staying Current with Florida Law – Keep up with changes in estate planning, guardianship, and probate laws to provide strategic, up-to-date advice to clients.
- Collaborating with a Supportive Team – Work alongside our experienced paralegals, attorneys, and administrative staff to provide exceptional client service.

- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Experienced in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning.
