Elderly Care Law Firm did an amazing job handling my brother-in-law’s probate case. They were extremely thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was kept informed and knew what was happening with the case. I especially want to recognize their lead paralegal, Kimberly Cervantes. She was nothing short of absolutely awesome! Her friendliness, professionalism, patience, and willingness to thoroughly explain things made the entire process so much easier. Even when there were a few hiccups along the way, Kimberly took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. I also had the opportunity to speak with Stephen Garcia -Vidal on two occasions, and both conversations were excellent. I am very grateful for the help and support that I have received from law care staff. They let me know that the VA process is slow, nevertheless, they have been very efficient in my experience. I would recommend anyone who needs help with their VA claim to work Elderly Law. They were recommended to me by a gentleman from my church. He shares with me how they have helped him with getting a better rating. My biggest complaint is the VA not providing medical records from the military.
